Professor Mohammad Akbar has done his M.Sc. & M. Phil. (Statistics) from AMU Aligarh and Ph.D. (Entrepreneurship) from JNU, New Delhi. He is a scholar, consultant and teacher/trainer in the strategic management & Entrepreneurship area with 31 years’ experience of teaching/ training in Indian and foreign Institutions. For over 26 years he was with of IIM Lucknow, where he was the chair of IIM Lucknow incubator till recently. From July 2019, he is an Advisor in strategy, innovation & Entrepreneurship Area at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMT). He has conducted/participated and consulted with top 100 company management programmes in India. He teaches Strategy at Doctoral and Postgraduate levels. He has authored two books on entrepreneurship and strategy. He has written over 60 articles, research papers and 40 case studies published in refereed national & many top tier international journals and conferences. The key areas of interest are the strategy, entrepreneurship, new ventures, family business, emerging markets, diversification and internationalization.
Dr. Vinay Nangia is a seasoned professional and has over 46 years of top-level managerial experience in banking, industry and education. He has multi-functional expertise in banking, finance, general management, education, institution building and startups. His mentorship of entrepreneurs has been across different verticals. He also has expertise in raising and deploying financial resources and setting up new ventures and industrial projects overseas and within the country. Banking experience includes exposure in commercial banking, investment banking, trade finance, project finance and training. Experience in education includes active participation in the formulation of and setting up MBA and MCA programs in IIT Roorkee and more recently BBA, MBA & MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development programs in NSUT New Delhi.
Mr.Suresh Khurana is CEO at The Bombay Dyeing & Mfg. Co. Ltd for last 8 years and he was also concurrently CEO & Whole time Director of National Peroxide Ltd for the last 2.5 years. He has 5 decades of experience in India, Singapore and Indonesia including 30 years as CEO/COO/CFO in manufacturing and services sectors. He is a Mechanical Engineer, Cost & Management Accountant, Law graduate from Delhi University and a Company Secretary. He was responsible for setting up a new bank in Indonesia and has been associated with several industries such as chemicals, textiles, light engineering, banking and insurance. Mr Khurana has demonstrated experience of turning around underperforming businesses. Areas of his specialization are business development, marketing, commercial, finance and legal. He has keen interest in leadership development and has been mentoring and coaching middle to senior level executives.
Kamalesh Dwivedi is the President and General Partner at 3Lines Venture Capital based out of Denver,
USA. His current technology interests and investments span over a broad spectrum of Artificial Intelligence,
Software Defined Networking and Blockchain based distributed applications. Mr. Dwivedi has been a CIO of several
global corporations in their transformative phases in the US and Japan and has done business in all
major economies of the world. He has helped create multi-billion dollars return in portfolio companies
of global Private Equity firms such as Bain Capital.
As a CIO, he has led IT organizations during periods of profound changes in the companies’ business models and their scale and has been involved with more than two dozens of mergers and acquisitions. Whether it was the epochal move to broadband in the cable and telco industries in the 1990’s or the rapid globalization and a technology driven productivity improvementin the BPO industry in early and mid 2000’s in the US and Japan, Mr. Dwivedi has successfully navigated along the transformational vectors and through the change vortices.
Mr. Dwivedi holds a Bechelor of Technology degree from IIT Kanpur and has completed the program for Management Development (PMD) from Harvard Business School.

Prof. Manoj Kumar is a Professor and chairperson MBA program at IIM, Jammu. Prior to his current role, he was Associate Dean (Management Education) & Professor at SVKM's NMIMS, Navi Mumbai. At NMIMS, he built a new campus of SVKM’s NMIMS from its inception. In his previous assignment, as an Associate Professor at IIM Rohtak, he was the founding head of the Professional Development Centre (MDPs & FDPs) of IIM Rohtak. He has trained over 1000 senior and middle Management Professionals and over 500 teachers through numerous MDPs and FDPs. Besides teaching & training, he is a prolific researcher and has published papers in the reputed peer reviewed international journals/publishers. Prior to joining IIM Rohtak, he was a faculty at IIM Lucknow and IMT Ghaziabad.
Mr. Suneel Gupta is a Visionary,
Innovator & Entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of creating companies from scratch in
the Financial Services & IT industry.
Mr Gupta has worked as CTO at FINO and Manipal Group and as Sr. General Manager at Cognizent Technology Solutions, before starting his own company Quicksun Technologies in 2015. He did his B.Tech from IIT, Kanpur.
Shrishti is an entrepreneur (with a successful exit - previous startup acquired by an NBFC in India)
and investor (Managing Partner at SSV). She has built startups from scratch, worked in private equity
and also at Facebook - these experiences combined have enabled her to get a deep understanding of diverse
sectors & how to scale and grow companies.
Shrishti was on the Investment Team of Lumis Partners (a $250MM fund), a US & India based private equity fund that focuses on human capital & supply chain as verticals. At Facebook, she was responsible for chalking our strategy for how Facebook works with startups in India. As a part of that role, she built several local and global programs that focused on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR focused accelerators), women entrepreneurship (She Leads Tech initiative) & social impact (Code for Next Billion). Some of her portfolio companies include Plum (health insurance for startup employees), Clickpost (logistics-tech), Rupifi (credit for SMEs), WorkApps (enterprise collaboration tools), Chingari (social short video) etc. Shrishti pursued a dual degree in engineering & business management from University of Warwick and also attended Harvard University for a course.
She has been awarded prestigious fellowships by the National Department of Science and Technology, Anita Borg Institute and the Motwani Jadeja Foundation.
Byomkesh Mishra is a social entrepreneur working with youth in India in the space of "employability education & career development." He is the co-founder of "Medha," a non-profit (organization) that provides 21st-century skills training, career guidance, workplace exposure, and employment support to students at their existing educational institutions. Medha has impacted over 25,000 students across 200 campuses, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Haryana, improving their employability and employment outcomes. Before founding Medha, Byomkesh was the head of financial inclusion projects for the RBS Foundation, India. In this role, he provided strategic consulting and training to over 40 NGOs in the most underserved regions of the country. Before RBS, he was responsible for growth-related initiatives, including new product, segment, and channel development at SKS Microfinance in Hyderabad. Byomkesh received an MBA in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and has led several projects on youth education & livelihood.
Mr. Varun Vidyarthi is the founder and Director of Manvodaya, an institution established with the noble objective of developing

Dr. Deepak Singh completed his doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and has over 12yearsof experience in the

The US fund has had global success with investments in Robinhood the world largest online trading platform. His role as Co Founder and CEO of the fund included participating as board member on the boards of some of these investments alongside global giants like Daimler Mercedes Germany, Sony Japan, Horizon Ventures Hong Kong, Intel USA and Aramex UAE.
